i have been reading messages for about a month now and just got the nerve up to register an account so i can give my "two cents" once in a while.
i was raised a jw, but just recently expressed openly that i do not have plans on associating with them any longer.. anyways, not going to type my story out right now, as i do not know if any one wants to hear it.

Sixofnine, I do not feel that Plum is hijacking this thread. At least her postings are displaying things offered in behalf of Silentlambs. That was my intent of this thread, to defend Bill's right to start a thread with such great importance and support it, on behalf of Silentlambs. Plum is just supporting that in her own way. Hey YK, if you send me an e-mail I would gladly talk to you. I agree you have the right to comment on any thread. Do you not see the importance of what Bill Bowen and those who are volunteering are trying to do? I do not want you to leave us. I just would like you to think things out before you post on a thread such as Bill's. I'm sorry for not coming to you directly and giving the impression I was trying to get you booted off. I do read most of your posts, and on one occasion had insulted you, OK maybe a couple of times, I wish to apologize for that. Please accept my apology. I'm not asking him to be deleted, I'm hopeing that Simon may be able to speak to him about posting insensitively on such important threads. I do not like to see people deleted either. I know their is an alternative, by not responding or moving on and ignoring. There are New people coming to this site every day. They may not have the chance to learn of such people and instantly get the wrong idea of this Forum.
I'm not trying to start another mess. I am appealing to the Moderators of this site to make an effort to reason with him...That's all.
I really wish "You Know" would have sense enough, or heart enough to stop doing that. Most of his Threads and Postings are interesting and I read them too. When I disagree or get angered by them I move on. Let's talk to him before he goes on and on and gets into trouble. I'm sorry for not stating it this way to start with. He's been around here longer than most of us including me. I think his threads are important to show new ones leaving the Borg that they are doing the right thing by leaving. Please do not miss understand my intent for starting this thread.

Bill, I think what your doing is great. More helpers can reach more innocent victims and help to try and stop the ignorance of the WTS, hopefully bringing reform to the way child molestation is handled amongst their flock.

How Many Scuba Dive?

) in 1990, progressing to advanced instructor with the british sub aqua club (equiv.
3 star instructor cmas).

LB...Great pic...was that a cave? I worked with a couple a guys who used to do alot of quarry diving. They used to dive a quarry in Portland Ct. They mapped out many horizontal shafts that went down to depths of close to 200 feet. They roped it all off every time they dove it. They had to use a few pony bottles re-surfacing. It's closed to divers now since the death toll got up to five and that was the end of it. I'm not the adventurous type. I enjoy comfort,safety and freedom while diving. I tried some small caves that had exits through so you didn't have to turn around, just swim forward. I didn't mind that, it was fun.
Has anyone dove in a lava tube in Hawaii? I had a dive buddy up North who went thru one and said it was awesome! I might get up enough guts to do that...LOL.
